'Redeemer And Destoyer' is the third track from 'When All Else Fails' by Chris Ward. It was originally released on the Metal Is Metal! EP in 2011.

This song is based upon the 1999 video game ‘Legacy Of Kain: Soul Reaver’. As it is one of my favourite games of all time, I decided to write this song as a tribute. No copyright infringement of the game is intended and all the characters, quoted dialogue and references to the content of the game belong to their respective owners. This is simply a tribute song which gives a summary of the main events and includes some direct and indirect quotations from the superb in-game dialogue.

Started by the Sarafan
To rid Nosgoth of vampires
A holy war vengeance for
The murder of a tyrant king
Corrupted by this genocide
Was a warrior called Raziel
But for his faith he was killed
Another martyr to their cause
